Villa Great is a newly built house and it consists of a main house and an annex. Spread across two levels the main house features bright and spacious interiors that with large glass doors open onto the garden and the surrounding landscape. The ground floor is where the open-plan living room is located, a true masterpiece of modern design, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the pool and surrounding hills. A plush sectional sofa provides ample seating for guests, while a large flat-screen TV and contemporary artwork add to the stylish ambiance. The adjacent dining area features a sleek, wooden dining table that comfortably seats eight, creating a perfect space for formal dinners or casual meals. The minimalist decor and modern lighting fixtures enhance the elegant atmosphere. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and modern cabinetry. Its open design and central island make it perfect for preparing meals and socializing with guests. This floor also houses a luxury suite with a double bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a fourth bathroom with shower.

The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, includes another living/dining room with smaller kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom. In the annex there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa also boasts a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and a number of other amenities, such as air-conditioning, TV and WIFI.
