Villa Alfresco has six double bedrooms and is developed on three levels. The main level is where the living area and some service spaces are located. There is also a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private covered terraces and patios. The first floors is the main bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private tub in its ensuite bathroom. Fully air-conditioned, Villa Alfresco ensures comfort even during the warmest summer days. Plus, the villa is pet-friendly, so you can bring along your furry friends to enjoy the spacious grounds and open spaces.

The ground level of Villa Alfresco offers 45 sq.mt. professional kitchen, a living area, three bathrooms and a 150 sq.mt. veranda. The villa has official dining area for 16 guests and outdoor dining table again for up to 16 guests. Set in a beautifully isolated location, Villa Alfresco is surrounded by the picturesque Tuscan landscape, which creates a mesmerizing backdrop for your stay. This sense of seclusion doesn’t mean a lack of amenities. The villa boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, allowing for a refreshing swim well into the cooler months, often until late September or October, depending on the weather. Additionally, the property includes a private tennis court, perfect for those looking to stay active or enjoy a friendly match surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany.
