The Tower suite is the largest vacation suite in Reschio hotel, located in Umbria, Italy. The hotel is a thousand years old, former castle that has ben turned into one of the most amazing vacation hotels in this Italian region. The hotel is part of almost 1500 acres large private estate and represents and authentic Italy with its beautiful rolling hills, olive groves, flower gardens and endless woods.

The Tower suite is located in the most ancient part of the castle, built in 900AD and the 2-bedroom suite spreads over five floors with a spectacular terrace. It will be hard to tear yourselves away from the very top, relaxing on day beds & soaking up the atmosphere with 360° views. The suite consists of a living room with a dining table, a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom located on an upper level. This guest bedroom comes with king size bed and a ensuite bathroom as well. There is a study room and a rooftop garden with patio furniture and open-air tub where guests will enjoy extravagant views over the Umbrian countryside. The suite is equipped with in-room bar and coffee machine, high speed WIFI and a lavish breakfast is included in the nightly rate.

Guest of the hotel can enjoy their time off at the swimming pool, located just outside the castle walls. Showers and changing rooms are available beneath the deck of the adjacent Il Torrino, and another pool-side deck offers a perfect front-row seat to the water. The castle’s former wine cellars, have been transformed into the Bathhouse, a true SPA retreat offering holistic, nurturing treatments to soothe both body and soul. The star of the show is the large, ethereal salt-water pool – the Roman Bath. There is also hammam, sauna and a private treatment room for customized rituals. Restaurants and a hotel bar are also at guest’s disposal, providing traditional Italian specialties with locally grown ingredients. For those who love the process of preparing delicious meals the castle has a Cookery school – Academia di Cucina where guests can participate and learn the tricks of the Italian chef. Within the walls of the castle are two interlinked courtyards – one now encased in glass and starting a new life as the Palm Court. The other is a wonderful grassy lawn circled by impressive mature umbrella pines and cypresses. It is blessed with perfect acoustics and the home to concerts, recitals and pop-up events.
