Villa Arrighi s a stunning 11th-century fortress transformed into a luxury vacation retreat nestled within magical region of Umbria, Italy. The property boasts six opulent bedrooms, each uniquely designed with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, blending modern comforts with historic charm. Antique furniture, exposed stone walls, and high wooden-beamed ceilings create a timeless atmosphere throughout the living areas.

The property has been fully restored in 2004 and consists of three buildings: Main House, Guest House and Bread Oven. The main house was a former farmhouse and a watch-tower but now is a home to 5 of the bedrooms in the property. Bedrooms are spread across three levels with one double bedroom and ensuite bathroom available for the ground floor, second double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor and a master suite with a bedroom, private bathroom, dressing room and a study, also available on the first floor. The second floor of the house features two more double bedrooms, one of them with open-plan bathroom. The 6th bedroom is located on the Guest house which comes with a sitting room and a private kitchenette for maximum comfort an privacy.

The main house is where spacious living areas are located. They feature comfortable seating, grand fireplaces, and large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is also located in the main house, fully equipped for gourmet dining experiences, with the option of a private chef to curate meals. The dining areas offer both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while soaking in the breathtaking views.

Outside, the expansive gardens are a haven of tranquility, with manicured lawns, wildflowers, and olive groves. The gardens are interspersed with hidden seating areas, perfect for quiet reflection or casual conversation. The large private pool is surrounded by sun loungers, making it the ideal spot for relaxation. A vaulted pool house has recently been added providing an outdoor shower and storage space for the guests. Guests at Villa Arrighi can also explore the estate’s horse stables and extensive riding trails, providing an unforgettable equestrian experience. Cooking classes, truffles hunting or enjoying a game of tennis are among the activities available in the region.

The estate shop has wonderful wines, olive oils and honey produced from the local grounds and guests can bring home some really delicious memories.
