The property is divided into three distinct zones: the North side, the South side, and the Garden House, each offering a unique and private space for relaxation. The air-conditioned bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious amenities, including heated towel rails and hairdryers in every ensuite bathroom. The villa also provides private parking and a tennis court for those who wish to stay active during their stay. The main house spans two floors and serves as the heart of Villa Bell’Aria. It features a large sitting room with an open fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. Guests can also unwind in the villa’s well-stocked library, or spend time in the fully equipped kitchen, which also has a comfortable sitting area. A dedicated dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. Five of the bedrooms are located in the main building, with the first floor on the North side housing two bedrooms, and the one on the South side housing the master suite which comprises of a bedroom, Juliet balcony, dressing area and a bathroom. The suite also offers an adjoining kids bedroom and large, walk in-closet. Two more bedrooms are located on the ground floor on the South side, one of them with double bunk beds. The Garden House, located below the main house, includes the final two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a cozy sitting area with a TV, a small kitchenette, and a private table for two. This self-contained space provides privacy while maintaining access to all the villa's amenities.
