Comprising three distinct buildings—the Main House, the Gate House, and the Pool House. Villa Grugliano creates an intimate yet spacious atmosphere for families and groups. The architectural charm of traditional stone exteriors blends beautifully with the modern comforts found inside, offering a rustic yet refined living experience. The ground floor of the Main House serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a cozy Living Room with a fireplace, perfect for gathering in the evenings, with doors leading out to the terraces and garden. The adjacent Sitting Room includes a library, providing a peaceful reading nook. A Spacious Kitchen with a breakfast table and convenient pantries invites guests to indulge in leisurely breakfasts, while the Dining Room boasts French windows that open directly to the garden, allowing for al fresco dining experiences under the Mediterranean sun.
