Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Assisi train station, Villa Sanfelice offers excellent connectivity to Florence and Rome, making it an ideal getaway for travelers seeking both relaxation and cultural exploration. The closest city, Perugia, is only 22 km away, while Assisi Airport is a quick 15-minute drive, ensuring ease of access.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms: five doubles and one twin. The layout ensures flexibility and comfort, with two bedrooms offering ensuite bathrooms and the other four sharing bathrooms. The main building spans three floors, with living areas and bedrooms distributed across each level to maximize space and comfort. The ground floor features an inviting living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and one of the double bedrooms. The upper floor includes a second spacious living area, an additional dining room, and another bedroom. The third floor hosts the remaining four bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. A media room with a 70-inch smart TV offers a cozy space for entertainment.

Outside, Villa Sanfelice’s expansive gardens include a large swimming pool with comfortable lounging cabanas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the cool Umbrian breeze. Multiple shaded seating areas and a rustic alfresco dining table provide ideal spots for outdoor relaxation, while the lush landscaping and surrounding cypress trees enhance the villa’s authentic Italian ambiance. Though the property does not feature air conditioning, the thick stone walls and elevated location naturally keep it cool during warmer months.
