Villa Subtilia overlooks the majestic Antognolla Castle and its renowned 18-hole championship golf course. As part of the Murlo Estate, this villa combines timeless charm with modern comforts, providing a retreat where you can escape into the serene beauty of the rolling hills and the rich history of Umbria. The villa is thoughtfully divided into a main house and an Olivo apartment, offering flexibility and privacy. This apartment includes its own kitchen, living area, and private outdoor space, ideal for families or groups seeking additional privacy. In total, Villa Subtilia features 8 bedrooms. Six king-size bedrooms (4 in the main unit and 2 in Olivo apartment) each with en-suite bathroom and two-win bedrooms sharing a bathroom, both located in the main unit.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers central heating for your comfort, no matter the season. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, garden, and pool area, allowing you to stay connected while indulging in the tranquility of the estate. The villa retains its original stone exterior but the living areas are bathed in natural light, with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances and an indoor dining area with large table. Outside, Villa Subtilia continues to impress. The stunning infinity pool, with separate whirlpool seating 8 people, blends seamlessly with the landscape, providing the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views. Next to the pool is the Open pool cottage with sitting area and always heated Jacuzzi. Numerous lounge areas around the pool invite you to relax under the warm Italian sun.
