Cantico Estate is a wonderful set of Villas, in the Le Marche Region of Italy, located near the charming Borgo of Civitanova Alta, this estate comes with its olive groves, two swimming pools, a tennis court and an area specifically designed for yoga sessions called the studio. The property features a three-level main building and a two-level dépendance, both houses afford views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. The interiors include spacious living rooms, several dining areas with garden vistas, well-equipped kitchens in both buildings, two gyms, a private SPA in the main building, a yoga center in the middle of the property and several rooms with a private balcony.

On the sweeping grounds, there are two swimming pools; the one at the main building is heated on request and has an infinity edge Hidden away, yet very close to the local town center, this estate includes ten bedrooms decorated in elegant style with color-washed walls in pale shades, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. Its current owners redesigned and restored the property over 2 years to let the guests enjoy the quality of all the features of the house.

The Experience

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a modern style with natural stone, polished sleek concrete, brushed steel fittings. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe. The main building interior measures 600 square meters, while the dépendance building measures 220 square meters. Altogether, it is possible to accommodate a total of 20 adults, and 2 extra friends or staff. The estate includes more than 3 hectares of private grounds, an olive grove and a tennis court. This is an environment especially designed for yoga enthusiasts.
