In the heart of Salento, set in an olive grove "Masseria Quadrelli" is located only 10 km from Otranto and just a few km from Santa Cesarea Terme, renowned resort famous for its spa and the splendid sea.

Built respecting local traditions, the central farm is characterized by the white "leccese stone", from vaulted ceilings and simple, natural materials.

Inside the complex, there are also two independent Suite, picturesque buildings shaped trulli, located in the olive grove and designed like ancient Pajare.

It is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility and comfort and to spend a holiday in close contact with nature.

Masseria Quadrelli is made from the farm: the main building with 2 suites and 2 superior rooms and independent annexes: the two trulli and 4 garden suites.

Accommodations

MASSERIA

The Masseria overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and is spread over three floors. It has 2 large suites and 2 superior rooms, all with private entrance from the outside.

On the ground floor, the elegant hall, there is access to a large and fine-living area with double sided fireplace that separates ideally TV area and reading area or relaxation, characterized by large windows overlooking the surrounding olive groves. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, the use of which is reserved for the staff of the Masseria.

The first floor includes the superior room from the gold / blue color (which we call the attic), with more input from the outside, with a breathtaking view over the spectacular swimming pool. It has an area of about 70 square meters, simple and elegant furniture, with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and large exclusive patio, equipped with gazebos and sofas. The room colors are cobalt blue and gold, creating a refined and elegant setting.

On the beautiful pool overlooking the two pool Suite, both with huge windows that let in the beautiful sunshine of Salento, only a few steps to get to the swimming beach.

The first suite has an area of about 80 square meters, it is a large loft with a large living area furnished with lounges, large bedroom with king size bed and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and bath for two in the floor line. The suite's tones are very natural: white, pale yellow, hazel, ivory natural stone colors typical of our land, creating an environment essential but at the same time refined and delicate.

The second suite has an area of about 90 square meters, with 4 beds. It is a large loft with a large living area furnished with seating areas, a large sleeping area with a king size bed, a large area with double bed and fireplace and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and large stone bath. The tones are very natural, colors typical of our land, white, pale yellow, hazel, ivory natural stone that create a vital atmosphere but at the same time refined and delicate.

Still inside the Masseria we find the second superior room, which located at pool level, overlooking the greenery of the garden. It has an area of about 55 square meters, simple and elegant decor, equipped with king-size bed, private bathroom with shower and large exclusive patio, equipped with sofas. The room colors are fuchsia and cream, creating a 'refined and elegant setting.

The Masseria is equipped with every comfort, individually controlled air conditioning in every room, mini bar and satellite TV.

TRULLI

The 2 Trulli, immersed in the olive grove at a distance of about 50 m from the Masseria, are modeled on the ancient "pajare" Terra d'Otranto.

These buildings, formerly made with the dry stone technique, were used by farmers of Terra d'Otranto, today become comfortable residences for stays in close contact with nature. They have an area of about 70 square meters each and a total capacity of up to 4 people. They are characterized by the presence of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a large and bright double bedroom, a b1athroom with shower and an exclusive and private patio, covered and equipped with barbecue. The tasteful decor recalls the simple but refined area of the ancient farmhouses, where stone and wrought iron that creates an atmosphere of times.

SUITE GARDEN

The 4 Suite, romantic and spacious loft of about 100 square meters each, and located under the olive trees, at a distance of about 50 m from the Masseria. The guest can choose to pamper yourself with shades of red, green, yellow, or black / blue, enveloping each of these suites, furnished with a combination of flavors that range from modern design with traditional materials.

Each with large living area furnished with sitting areas and a minibar, a large sleeping area with a king size bed and double whirlpool bath at the foot of the bed, a private bathroom with shower and a central double sided fireplace that ideally separates the two areas of the loft. Everything is illuminated by a bright window that opens onto the patio, private and equipped.

GARDEN AND POOL

Masseria Quadrelli is located in an ancient garden of trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean, such as olive trees, oleanders, strawberry trees, figs, bucanville, broom, that scent the environment around the spectacular freeform pool, with integrated whirlpool.

Here you can enjoy the privilege of stepping into the past, living in close contact with nature, to discover the aromas, flavors and authentic colors of Salento.

The pool is enriched by beautiful water features created with rocks and a solarium, which with its sofas and lounge chairs is an irresistible invitation to indulge in the warm sunshine.

Here the hours pass slow, serene, with loved ones, away from the noise except in the hottest hours of summer, the sweet sound of cicadas, reading a book, chatting, enjoying a delicious aperitif on the sofas outside.
