Here, a symphony of scents and colors from the lush terraces and surrounded woods soothe the senses. Follow the shaded path that winds its way from the villa to the most scenic side of the estate, where you'll find the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful flower-filled garden overlooking the enchanting outline of the Island of Capri... a true slice of paradise!

From the swimming pool, you can walk directly to the villa's living area, elegantly furnished in a mix of modern and refined rustic style.

Residenza Molini has five comfortable fully fitted-out suites, designed to respect the historical architecture of the villa with traditional vaulted ceilings painted in warm shades. The Suite Arolella, Suite Sammontano, Suite Montecorbo, Suite San Filippo and Suite San Francesco are located in the main building, and include heat and air conditioning, large kitchens, and either a terrace or a large outdoor area where you can drink in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and the Island of Capri.

The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor patio, decorated in tufo stone and antique majolica tiles. Here, you and your group can pass the summer evenings, using the professional kitchen, wood-fired oven, and barbecue to prepare delicious dinners with the fresh and local ingredients for which the Amalfi Coast is famous.
