Each of our Cottages have been carefully restored by local craftsmen and combines modern luxury with rustic charm of the Tuscan farmhouse. Our cottages were restored using original reclaimed materials found in antique shops in the area.

Villa

For those looking for ultimate comfort and space our Main Villa has been carefully and exquisitely renovated with all the luxuries of modern living in mind. Every single detail was carefully planned with original stone, wood, and cotto elements collected from around the countryside. The Main Villa features spacious living area with bar and fireplace, dining room for 12 guests with fireplace, ArcLinea kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, TV and games room, office, library, treatment room, steam room and multiple terraces and courtyards with seating areas. Truly unique, the Main Villa is a spacious, luxurious center for everyone to gather during their stay at San Giustino – grand and luxurious yet comfortable and intimate.

Fienile

Adjacent to the sunset terrace and infinity pool, Fienile is a spacious two level cottage decorated in shades of blue to compliment the Tuscan sky. Filled with natural light and alluring scents of the San Giustino gardens, the villa features a ground floor living-room with fireplace, dining space, and separate kitchen. Up one flight of stairs is a spacious bedroom with king-size canopy bed, seating area, and desk as well as ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

Scuderia

Nestled between the estate’s Italian gardens and vineyards, Scuderia features an open plan country style kitchen and bright and airy living-room with fireplace opening to a private terrace and garden. Adjacent to the living area there are two elegant bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds which can be combined into 1 king bed. Each bedroom boasts its own ensuite travertine clad bathroom with a shower. Set at a distance from the other villas on the property, Scuderia offers its residents ultimate seclusion and tranquility.

Colombaia

With views of the Mediterranean cypress tree alley on one side and olive groves on the other, Colombaia features a cozy living room decorated in neutral tones with open plan kitchen, separate bedroom with four-poster king-size bed draped in airy white voiles, and tadelakt clad bathroom with clawfoot victorian style bathtub. The villa also boasts an outdoor shower and private terrace overlooking estate’s vineyards and olive groves.
