The Estate is located in Conca dei Marini, on the Amalfi Coast, 10 minutes from the center of Amalfi and 20 minutes from Positano.

The Shah is surrounded by 15000 square meters of typical Mediterranean vegetation and enjoys a privileged position of total privacy. The property overlooks the beautiful Baia of Capo di Conca and the Emerald Cave and is directly accessible from the main coastal road SS163, where a private parking is located 50 meters from the entrance.

A pleasant walk inside the property of 200 meters among oaks, olive trees, prickly pears and with a view of the sea will lead you to the Estate.

The main entrance of the estate, which is on two levels for 160 meters, opens to a fascinating space that shows the ancient structure where you can have breakfast or lunch or relax in front of the fireplace sipping a drink served to the delicious bouvette The living area welcomes guests in an environment characterized by high ceilings and allows the passage through 7 steps to the kitchen area, which includes both a traditional kitchen and a professional kitchen, equipped with all necessary accessories.

In the living area there is a large antique dining table, lamps with a modern design, a bouvette with an ice machine, a Nespresso machine for coffee, ceramic services for milk and tea, a marble bathroom. In the traditional kitchen there are two artisan ovens with fine and decorated tiles, for pizza, cakes, food. There is a large marble countertop and a large marble sink made by valuable sculptors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, worktop, ready for catering too. Two doors, one of which with glass and the other equipped with a mosquito net, allow access to the outside where you can enjoy a view of the entire estate and the sea. Immediately adjacent to the entrance of the Villa there is an outdoor patio with a large golden stone barbecue, a sofa and outdoor accessories.

Downstairs

The interiors of the Shah offer two exclusive junior suites with 3 private bathrooms, in rock and marble, and two large, latest generation hot tubs. The use of local stone, comfortable designer beds, vaulted ceilings, oak parquet and lime-based plasters create an elegant atmosphere in a game of alternating black and white.

The first junior suite can be reached from inside the villa, through 8 steps. It is about 55 square meters, with ceilings with wooden beams, a king-size double bed with great comfort, created according to a personalized and tailor-made project, with a hand-sewn cashmere mattress enriched by a latest generation whirlpool bath set with relevance and a fireplace. The second junior suite of about 30 mq with oak parquet, double bed of Desirèe design with hand-sewn cashmere washbasins sculpted by fine artists.

Belvedere

The outdoor lounge is located on the Belvedere, a few meters from the main entrance of the Villa overlooking the sea of the Bay of Capo di Conca, where you can admire the island of Li Galli, Faraglioni, and is furnished with bistro tables marble, chairs, sunbeds and a large parasol.
