Wonderful property located on the top of a panoramic hill overlooking the harmonious Tuscan countryside surrounded by wineries and olive groves; the property consists in 30 hectares of filed which includes also a hunting reserve. The property is in a wonderful position a very relaxing area and perfect starting point for a day trips visiting the beauty of Tuscany cities such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, and the Chianti region.

The outside private includes a beautiful swimming pool 16x5 mt. with a diving deck equipped with sun beds, shaded wood patio, poolside music system outside shower and changing room next to it.

One other outside covered area next to the building equipped with table, chairs and weber barbecue where to enjoy al fresco meals, owner equipped different outside areas with garden furniture where guest can enjoy a glass of wine admiring the wonderful Tuscan landscapes.

The property is a XVII century farmhouse which was totally renovated in 2010, the owner was very sensitive in mixing some modern and very luxury interior designed furniture with the ancient and historic building, in order to offer its guests the most comfortable and luxury holiday. The whole property is divided into two sections, the main villa and cottage, for a total of 5 double bedrooms two of which can become twin bedrooms.

The main building features at the ground floor wonderful large living room equipped with sofas arm chairs, fire place, a floor to ceiling library, French doors leads to the equipped outside patio with garden furniture. A spacious equipped kitchen with fire place, and dining room which offers an amazing view for the valley and gives the access to the outside dining area as well. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom.

On the First Floor there is a second living space with sofas and fire place, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with shower.

The Cottage: 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom its shower and a private outside patio for the morning breakfast.

Your family pets are warmly welcomed at our Tuscany villa. Should you need something special for your VIP, perhaps special food, toys, a bed, please do let us know and we will have it prepared for your arrival.
