All are available from rental agencies nearby the Villa.

If tennis is your passion, a clay court, at a private villa adjacent to our property, is available for your use. Amidst the vineyards, olive groves, roses and Mediterranean plants and herbs, you will discover the scents, tastes and colors of this special region. Chianti Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi is composed of 7 finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. The Villa is situated right in the heart of the Chianti area. From the windows it is possible to admire the picturesque Tuscan landscape, made up of green hills dotted with olive trees, thriving vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees. Meticulous and detailed restoration, with the objective of retaining as many of the original architectural elements of the Chianti Villa rental, has resulted in recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble family home.

Air conditioning services the entire villa and windows have built-in screens, which will guarantee a cool and relaxing summer. Surrounding the villa, in the gardens are lovely furnished seating areas, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area, and swimming pool with surrounding stone deck.
