Villa Ferranesi is a traditional farmhouse that has been gently restored with wonderful care located in the heart of Tuscany near Asciano. The farm was reconstructed in the original rural Tuscan style found in the ”Crete Senesi” area, and offers the opportunity to spend dream holidays. The luxurious interior of minimalist architecture perfectly matches the simplicity of the old Tuscan farm style. Imagine a morning here where everything is just perfect, a wonderful Italian meal made right in front of you during a cooking class or a wine tasting at the house. There is so much that can be done at this wonderful location daily. The property enjoys 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is perfect for a larger family traveling together or even a corporate group.

Located in the heart of Tuscany, 30km south-east of Siena, near Asciano, Podere Ferranesi is an old farm, which was completely renovated in 2002-2003. Dating back from the middle of the 19th century, it was abandoned in the fifties and remained a ruin until 2002. The farm was reconstructed in the original rural Tuscan style found in the ”Crete Senesi” area, and offers the opportunity to spend dream holidays. The luxurious interior of minimalist architecture perfectly matches the simplicity of the old Tuscan farm style.

The sight on the Sienese clay hills is absolutely astonishing in any of the four seasons, and offers even the most demanding guest a beneficial rest and creates a soothing calmness. Therefore, within the gardens, you will find small hidden places where you can relax in privacy and enjoy the splendid surrounding views. The guesthouse, with a hotel interior design, offers you total comfort, luxury and a wide range of ‘services on demand’: complete hotel services, extra housekeeping, breakfast, lunch- and dinner service, BBQ, pizza evenings, babysitting, cooking classes, grocery shopping and so on.

Renting the entire property for groups can be possible as the infrastructure is entirely foreseen and fully equipped for the celebration of marriages, anniversaries, seminars and team building events.

Moreover, a whole range of activities can be organized: hiking, biking, tennis, horseback riding, hot air-ballooning rides, wine tasting, cooking classes, cultural visits you ask, we can organize anything! During high season we offer weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday, but from November to April arrangements with a minimum of 3 nights stay are possible as well.
