This new exclusive Villa, completed in the first months of 2019, is located on the South-East coast of Elba Island on the Costa dei Gabbiani. This is an unspoiled area of rare beauty full of inlets and small beaches such as Calanova which hosts a famous restaurant on its beach. Together with eight other islands, Elba is part of the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago, the largest marine park in Europe. What really makes Elba famous and renowned are its clear and blue sea and beautiful beaches. The extraordinary richness of its landscapes, both land and marine, turns the island of Elba into a unique destination in Tuscany.

This Villa is ideal for families with children or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 8 people. Featuring a comfortable fully furnished living room, a spacious terrace, pool, a fully equipped kitchen, 4K TV with SAT channels in different languages and Wi-Fi broadband, Villa Giomoa truly provides all the comforts. The Villa was built according to the principles of sustainability with environmentally friendly materials, solar panels, LED lights, ecological paints and resin floors. It is bright and modern, well furnished and it is divided in two levels, which can be independent or shared as a unique space.

The ground floor can host up to 4 people thanks to one double room and one bedroom with double beds and the two bathrooms available. The first floor is specular to the ground floor and accommodates two wide bedrooms (one double room and one with double beds) with two private big bathrooms. Large windows provide natural light in all the rooms. Each bedroom, as well as the living rooms, open to the garden. The private, enclosed garden surrounding the villa is decorated with olive trees, exotic plant, big trees, meadows, flowers and palms.

Villa Giomoa faces the near-by sea, and the sand beach of Straccoligno is accessible thanks to a direct short trail from the Villa itself (80m). Enjoy views of the large garden and the sea landscape on the terrace that serves as an additional living area both during the day and the evening hours thanks to the installed external lighting.

Capoliveri is the closest town to the Villa (3min). Considered one of the most stunning and evocative hamlets in Italy, is a collection of typical restaurants and numerous stores. The village has kept its medieval ensemble with narrow and arched alleys. During the less warm months the city keeps its lively nature thanks to the various festival organized for the local festivities and occasions.

The Villa is only 2-minutes from tennis courts and 10-minutes from the 9 holes Golf Club "Golf Acquabona", and for the most adventurous a structured route guides the visitors on top of Mount Calamita, suitable for mountain bike rides, trekking or a peaceful walk through nature, and motorbike enduro discovering the hidden paths of the Island.
