The central villa can accommodate up to six people in two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a double room with private bathroom. A large dining room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room opens onto the main dining terrace which is perfect for the whole group to meet at any time of the day

An external staircase leads to the first floor with its bright living area, which opens onto a large terrace with a panoramic view of the swimming pool to Cefalù and the sea. This part of the villa has three double bedrooms, two of which have a mezzanine with two single beds, ideal for teenagers. Each of these rooms has a private bathroom, and all three doubles can be converted into a double.

Ground floor: two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (can be double) with en-suite bathroom, open plan living room with double sofa bed and dining area, large kitchen with dining area. Doors lead to a covered dining terrace and access to the pool.

Independent access to the first floor: large living area with small kitchenette with access to the outdoor patio, double bedroom (king size bed) with private bathroom, two other double bedrooms (king size beds) with private bathroom and mezzanine with two single beds. On request, each of the double beds can be made up as a twin. Swimming pool: wide and irregular 9 mt x 6 mt, (deep from 1.4 to 1.7 mt)
