The garden spans across 3.300 square meters and offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and elegance, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or corporate gatherings. At the heart of the garden lies a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by elegant stone tiles and comfortable sun loungers. Whether you wish to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun, this pool area promises relaxation and rejuvenation. Villa Nocetta features several charming outdoor seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining or casual gatherings. Under the shade of the pergolas, guests can enjoy delicious meals, morning coffee, or evening cocktails while taking in the garden’s natural beauty. The elegant iron furniture and soft cushions enhance the comfort and aesthetic appeal.

The villa has been originally built in the 50s and has been recently refurbished while maintaining the uniqueness of the property at the same time. The rental now is the perfect blend of personal touch and the luxury service of a 5-star hotel. The villa spread across three levels and features five modern and elegantly appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom is personalized in furniture and colour and enjoys the nature and the quiet of the beautiful surrounding garden. The ground floor housing two guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room with marble floors, a dining room easy accommodating up to 12 guests and of the course the fully equipped kitchen and food storage. The kitchen has a direct access with the outdoor dining area and guests can easily arrange al fresco brunches dinners and etc. The first floor of the villa is where three more guests’ bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located providing utmost comfort and extra privacy for guests. In addition, one one-bedroom court apartment, located on the street level, offers the opportunity to host staff, as security or nannies. The last floor, also known as recreation floor, houses the fitness room, a wine cellar, TV lounge and a business studio, equipped with an Apple computer, printer, scanner and fax
