Arranged on two levels for a total of 2,300 sq.m., the Villa takes advantage of its breathtaking position on the southwest side of the island, on a cliff overlooking the sea and facing Africa. The brown lava reefs populated by cactus fruit makes the descent to the sea a heart filling experience.

A short incline easily negotiated leads directly to the crystalline and pristine waters of the island. The ground floor of the Villa is composed of three living areas, connected among themselves and with separate entrances.

The second floor is composed of a large living room, kitchen, two double rooms, one single room and three bathrooms, all disposed on 200 sq.m. of terraces overlooking the sea. There is also another annexed relaxation area consisting of a tv room and an area containing gym equipment.

Ceated using lava stone like the typical rural structures of Pantelleria, the “dammusi” (of arabic origin), the Villa is an architectural gem, unique in its genre. The walls, often 80 cm thick, are made using a construction technique that guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The different living units of the Villa permit the accommodation of both families and groups of friends with the opportunity of therefore spending a vacation with pleasing company while maintaining both your privacy and independence.
