The Villa is a historic and sophisticated private country dwelling built in 1840, nestled in the green hills around Parma in a small village, on the border of the Regional Park Boschi di Carrega. The area is very exclusive, not yet too touristy although with all the features to make your holiday unforgettable.

The Villa is divided in 2 independent similar areas. Area one. On ground floor, the living area comprehends a well-equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace and a grand piano, overlooking an elegant and scenic terrace. On first and second floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin/double bedroom both with en-suite bathroom and with the possibility to add a third bed, two twin/double bedrooms with a private bathroom, a room with two beds. Area two.

On ground floor, the living area is composed by a second fully equipped kitchen, a second guest bathroom and a second large living room with fireplace.

Even this living room overlooks the scenic terrace. The 2 living rooms are interconnected. On first and second floor, the sleeping area consists of a single room with private bathroom, twin/double bedroom with a private bathroom.

In the garden, there is an 18 mt infinity edge salt water pool with a hot tub facing the valley, an outdoor hot shower provided for by the energy-efficient paneling system of the house. In the garden surrounding the Villa, is common to see roe deers, hares and birds.

The excellent quality of the local cuisine has made this land famous all over the world. This is why we recommend to our guests to occasionally indulge themselves in lunch or dinner at some of the many restaurants found in this area. All around the Villa, nature is generous and gives to its lovers the chance to discover an incredible landscape: the immense park extends on all sides of the house covering the whole area and giving the opportunity to explore the walking and cycling trails that lead to uncover its enchanting scenery, from the castles that for centuries have loomed over these lands to the city of Parma with its romantic French allure. Not too distant, are cities of Piacenza, Mantua and Busseto where it’s possible to visit the home of classical music composer, Giuseppe Verdi.
