The villa is the perfect base for exploring the area, Bellagio with its beautiful villas and gardens and the villages scattered on the Lake shores. For the city lovers Como and Lecco are both within an easy 45 minutes drive of the Villa while Milan and Bergamo are only 1,5 hours drive away. If you prefer walking, you can head into the hills behind Villa dei Sogni, this area offers some wonderful walking, hiking & mountain biking options that should not be missed!

Ground Floor:
Living area with Sat TV, DVD, Stereo system throughout the villa, Fully equipped kitchen and dining room, 1 service bathroom, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (the twin bedroom can be made into double upon request), Outdoor dining & Relaxing Area (the perfect place for after dinner drinks) overlooking the Lake complete with BBQ, Sunbathing area with 8 sun loungers, 4 small tables and outside shower

First Floor:
1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (the twin bedroom can be made into double upon request), Studio corner with telephone

Lower Level:
Gym area with weights, fitness machines and sauna, 1 service bathroom in the gym area, Stocked Wine Cellar (paid on consumption locally), Laundry room with washing and drying machine
