Villa Il Roseto is a typical example of an 18th century's farmhouse, restructured with rationality and sober elegance, respecting its unique style. The Villa is constantly renewed throughout the years while perfectly maintaining its unique features.

The property is located on the gentle hills of Monferrato (UNESCO heritage from 2014) in Piedmont and is a unique mix of Heritage, Technology, Privacy, Sustainability and Passion for details, and is located only 5 minutes from Casale Monferrato.

The Villa is the only one in the area integrated in a magnificent botanical garden that was open to the public for many years, now available only for the guests. The garden "the refuge of beauty" was designed in English style and inspired to the Vita Sackville-West garden of Sissinghurst in Kent. Here lives the special and rare rose "Ada Sola" created by the designer of the garden himself. In front of the Villa is a nice pergola with a BBQ and a big stone table for 10 guests seated, perfect for lunch during summer or for an aperitif in spring or autumn.

The garden is realized by windows that open on the country around the garden that is "flying" on its unique peninsula hill. Visited by many appassionate from all over the world due to its richness of rare quality of trees and ancient roses, it won the prize as one of the best rose garden in Italy in 1999. The swimming pool was built following precise parameters for integration with the botanical garden with stones and a relaxing area available for a poolside lunch, and it has a wonderful view overlooking the hills, making this Villa one of a kind: in fact, it is considered one of the most beautiful and fascinating of the area.

The Villa is composed of two floors. The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, to the kitchens and to have a direct contact with the nature of the garden. It features three fireplaces, one living room, two bathrooms, a Technogym equipped gym, two kitchens, and a dining room. The First floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters with three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and two double rooms with twin beds sharing a big bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating with private temperature control. Both sides of the first floor look over the Monferrato hills and the Villa's garden. Each window is provided with a fly screen (disinsection against mosquitoes is carried out regularly during the summer season).

The guests of Il Roseto can enrich their stay thanks to the various activities available for booking in the surrounding area and at the Villa itself. The experiences include: romantic home dinner prepared by a Chef only for the guests directly at Il Roseto; cooking classes where a chef will be at guests' disposal to explain the preparation of the most typical local dishes; live cooking at the Villa by top chefs; restaurant reservation service according to the preferences of the guests. A masseuse can also reach the guests at Il Roseto for treatments. Additionally, because the Villa is in Monferrato, the land of truffles in Italy, season allowing, guests can go for a truffle hunt walk with a hunter and his dogs.

Culture can be experiences thanks to the services of a certified guide, and a personal shopper to visit the surroundings and purchase artisan art pieces. Outdoor experiences can be enjoyed in the area too, such as hills quad experience; panoramic flight of the hills and castles of the Monferrato area; mountain bike ride through the hills; launch with parachute; horse ride; 27 holes golf course; and excursion over the Po river.

The Monferrato is a mixture of Italian fine living. The area is filled with culture and history, thanks to the various castle, historical cities and hamlets rich of traditions, artisanship, and architecture, and the renowned and widely known artisanship market in Casale Monferrato can be reached from the Villa within 5 minutes. The Monferrato hills are also one of the most vinified in Italy, making it widely renewed between the enology connoisseurs. The high numbers of wineries are well known for the production of red wines and sparkling ones. Monferrato is also the real, native land of the precious white truffle, sought after for its rarity and its excellent taste.

The gentle hills can be seen with a thin fog in the early hours of the day, making the landscape one of a kind, and one of the most romantic and enjoyable in the North of Italy.
