This 17th century farmstead originally consisted of the main Farmhouse, the Mill, the great Hay Barn, the classic Grain Storage, and the charming Bathhouse. These buildings remain until today in unchanged position.
The Chalet offers on three levels 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an imposing loft-study adjacent to the master-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, larder, laundry, ski cellar and a spacious dining & living area with an authentic plastered stove and under-floor heating throughout the house. The protected balconies on all three levels add specific charm and are ideal for a siesta summer and winter, or for watching the sunset over the mountain range in the purest of air.
The Chalet is surrounded by the major ski resorts of Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald and Hochrindl with extensive langlauf tracks, the well-known thermal spas and the 18-hole championship golf course by Don Harradine – all within easy reach of 15 and 20 minutes The region is renowned for deep-snow skiing, touring and hiking - a refuge for all seasons.
Rental includes daily cleaning, a twice-weekly linen change, shopping service and personal assistance (Concierge Service). Further personal services, such as a chef, ski instructors, tour guides, chauffeur service and baby-sitting are available on request.
