Dun Aluinn & Lodge luxury vacation rental is an exclusive use venue situated in Aberfeldy, Perthshire. Originally built in 1909, the house had been extensively refurbished throughout to the highest of standards and is now available to rent as a luxury large holiday home. Situated on an elevated site overlooking the town of Aberfeldy and the sweeping River Tay, Dun Aluinn enjoys 5.5 acres of private grounds with an extensive terrace with stunning views down the Tay Valley to Schiehallion.

The Main House at Dun Aluinn sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 sumptuous individually designed bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, in addition, The Lodge at Dun Aluinn sleeps an additional 8 guests (4 bedrooms, all ensuite).The kitchen has been especially designed around catering for large groups and includes an American fridge freezer (with 2 additional fridge freezers in the utility room), 2 dish washers (because even the largest of dish washers don’t cater for groups of 18) and a large gas range stove which will cook the largest of banquet meals.

Enjoy the views down the valley, in our Wood Fired natural cedar Hot Tub, nestled in the woods beside the house, large enough for 10-12 guests. Dun Aluinn is available for hire as an exclusive use venue with catering provided by Ballintaggart Farm, with full housekeeping, butler and concierge services. We will assist in creating totally unforgettable Highland Experiences for our guests together with our local world-class partners, from whisky tours & tasting to salmon fishing on the River Tay.
