The Roundel is an exclusive use 5 star property set in the picturesque hamlet of Peat Inn, just a few miles from St Andrews. Beautifully appointed and sumptuously equipped to appeal to the most discerning of guests. This is our latest exciting, luxury development offering a sumptuous and intimate environment for your visit.

The Roundel sleeps up to 10 in 5 comfortable bedrooms, two with dressing rooms. All have ensuite facilities comprising power showers and there is a whirlpool bath in the main bathroom. Four of the bedrooms have zip and link super king beds which can be used as doubles or twins. There are two sitting rooms in which you can congregate, relax and chill, both with wall mounted televisions. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with an oven, microwave, steam oven, induction hob and a Rayburn to indulge the chef in you. There are two tall fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, two sinks and a large kitchen table. The utility area has a washing machine and dryer. The kernel of this fabulous property, which elevates it and gives it its name, is the magnificent round room. This capacious room, with its high conical roof, is quite stunning and houses a lounge and a dining area. To cap it off its 5 large windows look out to the garden and beyond to the tranquil, beautiful Fife countryside. There is, also, a private Hydro Spa in the garden, outdoor BBQ and patio area. This is housed under a bespoke pagoda, inspired by the shape of The Roundel itself. The Roundel has its own private Short Game Area with 3 pitching mats, 9 holes, 2 bunkers and has access to a private 270-yard golf driving range.

If guests wish In-House Catering to prepare full Scottish Breakfast then add a supplement of £25 per person per day. For dinner guests may wish to self-cater such as using our BBQ, book the Peat Inn restaurant which is 5 minutes-drive away or use the coach and be taken into St Andrews. Guests then take a taxi back. We can also arrange a Chef for dinner from £60 per person. Being an exclusive use property you can bring your own beverages at no charge. For transport we offer one complimentary return luxury transport per day excluding the festive period. Our 16-seater or 8-seater vehicles are available to guests requiring transfers to and from your golfing / social tour destination should the party split within the St Andrews / East Neuk area. This is complimentary for stays of three nights or more and must be booked in advance, any additional social runs are chargeable. The daily complimentary transport hours are between 08.00 and 20.00 hours seven days a week. The management cannot guarantee any specific transfer times during busy periods. Please note the complimentary transfer is per party and not per house when renting both properties.
