There's a further roof terrace with a jacuzzi and seating area. The living space, with vast walls of glass is modern and spacious having an open plan lounge and dining area.

The villa has a cinema room with a Playstation, play area with pool table, gym with Technogym equipment and mini spa room to relax in including sauna and steam room. This floor also houses the utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer and cloakroom. The accommodation sleeps up to 12, comprising of a first floor master bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom and terrace with views across the golf course to the sea. On the same floor is a guest bedroom, with en-suite and a terrace, while on the lower ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There are also a further 2 double bedrooms which are both en-suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances including an inbuilt espresso machine.
