Clients are greeted to a modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and into the comfortable lounge area. There are 3 bedrooms located on the first floor, two ensuite double bedrooms and an ensuite Master bedroom with access to the terrace. On the ground floor you have two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. The lower level of the property has an ensuite twin bedroom, which has natural light and access to the pool area. There is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room. In the living room you can enjoy a lovely lounge area in front of the fireplace, having its own separate TV snug area. The exterior of the property features a large swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor seating area and a charcoal BBQ.
