The 6-bedroom property, outfitted in a crisp modern style, is split across three levels. The bottom floor is occupied by a self-contained apartment, complete with a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, bathroom, dining area, kitchen, living area and a terrace of its own. The two upper levels host the rest of the bedrooms, as well as a living room, another kitchen and a spacious dining area.

With the teal blue of the Atlantic beckoning from the villa’s outdoor dining terrace, the poolside patio and almost every window, Mar Azul capitalises on its seaside setting. Stretching along the outer cliff edge of the property, the lengthy pool also makes the most of its coastal location with unobstructed sea views.

You enter onto a large sunlit entrance hall. To the right you will find an ocean view bedroom with double bed and large screen TV, direct access to the pool area, separate shower room and office.

To the left, the spacious dining room equipped for 10 persons, with a split level living room with fireplace, TV, access to the outdoor dining area, comprehending a dining table and chairs for 8 persons and portable “Kamado Joe” barbecue, east and westward facing terraces with views of the coastline to Salema beach and Sagres.
