Alcudia Jewel is located on the east side of Alcudia in a residential area named Mal Pas, overlooking La Fortaleza and Formentor. With access to the sea, this villa is also nearby some restaurants and shops in the area. It is located 35mins away from Palma de Mallorca and is in a residential area.

The entrance of the house is from the street through an electric gate, with a large lawn, olive and pine trees looking onto a beautifully restored house set on 2 floors. Its look and architecture is Mediterranean. There is space enough to park a few vehicles.

The living spaces are located on the ground floor with a study upon entering the hallway, a living room and dining room adjacent to the kitchen. The front of the house overlooks the outdoors spaces from the swimming pool, the garden and sea view. A full equipped modern kitchen can be found near the dining room that overlooks the swimming pool andsea views.

Alcudia Jewel, has 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the house with one of the 5 bedrooms located on the ground floor, the 4 other bedrooms are on the first floor. Three of the 5 bedrooms feature double beds and 2 are twin bedded. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and the master bedroom has a bathtub. Most bedrooms have a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the sea. On the rooftop, there is a solarium where one can enjoy stunning views of the sea and beyond. On a clear day, one can see Menorca’s coastline.

The house also has a basement containing a cinema room, gym and spa, jacuzzi and living quarters with 3-bedrooms for a team of live-in staff, changing rooms and bathrooms.

The front of the house is equipped with a large overflow swimming pool that can be heated and has a counter current system perfect for swim training. In front of the swimming pool is an access to the sea by way of stone staircases only accessible to the residents of the house.
