The Binigaus Nou boutique villa is located at the very heart of this beauty, with Caribbean-like beaches and crystal clear ocean water.

Binigaus Nou with 120 hectares, direct access to the beach and 800 meters of coastline, it has privileged views to the sea, the island of Mallorca and Binigaus cliff. All the rooms have spectacular views. The building dates from 1896 and it has been recently restored keeping at all times its historical aesthetics, considered Menorca patrimony it preserves the charm of the past with the comfort. The carefully-decorated interior transports us to the past and to the beauty of the great Danish masters of modern design. Each room has a story to be told, great inheritance and far away places memories: the Manila shawl from last century with which the grandmother and the great-grandmother of the owner won numerous prizes, the bed headboards from last century. Danish furniture classics, Asian and India antiquities, all integrated with the Menorca spirit of this peculiar villa. A paradise full of beauty, peacefulness, romanticism and history.

The villa comprises one suite with terrace, bathroom with shower and tub, with views to the sea, two double rooms, with bathroom, one with views to the sea and the other with views to the countryside. Another double room, sharing the bathroom with the kids bedroom, one kids bedroom with bunk beds, sharing the bathroom with the previous one. Another bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom (possibility of adding an extra bed) and a room service with bathroom. It also has an infinity swimming pool, barbecue and old firewood oven.

With a never-ending its infinite view of the Binigaus Valley to the sea, the pool area is the crown jewel. No other buildings are in sight of the slightly elevated teak deck, big enough for playing; organizing a cocktail get-together, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere in the sun or below in the shade of some of the ancient pine trees. The central spot in front of the boutique villa, within the heart of the Binigaus Valley, produces unforgettable lifetime memories.” Enjoying the swimming pool isn’t limited to any particular time of the day; neither are the cold drinks, which can be prepared in the antique brick oven, transformed into a proper house with access from the deck. The pool house has its own refrigerator and can be equipped with other amenities making it a lively focal point around the pool. The pool house also has an integrated, fully functional barbecue, which can be used any time when dining on the outside terrace.

As you descend the untouched valley -with its impressive vegetation- you get the impression that time has stopped for a thousand years, as you encounter mystical stone formations and small stone constructions formerly used for agriculture. A paradisiacal 10-minute drive on the private back road, or a 15-minute walk, fills you with beauty, romance, history and, above all, tranquility. The superb white sand beach is only accessible to the public by foot from Santo Tomas; the water is crystal-clear all year around with standards perfectly comparable to those of exotic beaches in the Pacific Ocean or the Caribbean. Discovering the coastline by foot or kayaking in one of the boutique villa’s two sea-kayaks, with capacity for up to four to five people, is an alternative to snorkeling or going for a swim, or simply dozing off listening to the tranquil child-friendly waves in the heart of the still undiscovered paradise within the UNESCO protected biosphere reserve on Menorca.

Along with the standard 3-hour daily cleaning and pool service, included in the rates, we can also offer additional cooking and maid service, as well as organize grocery shopping, car rental, private transfer, babysitting, restaurant/clubbing reservation, luxury motor yacht and offshore boat rental and other sports activities, flowers…and practically anything else you would like our assistance with.
