Nestled in between the vineyards surrounding the villages of Binissalem and Sencelles, you will find this marvellous country house. Recently restored around an old original Majorcan Finca, the spacious house still contains authentic Majorcan architecture and charms combined with modern amenities. The house lies on land of approximately 40.000 m2 and has over 650 m2 of living area on 2 floors offering you lots of privacy and space for a maximum of 20 persons.

Surrounded by a luscious and well maintained garden with fig, olive and palm trees, you will also find a spacious 5 x 11 m pool with sun loungers. Idyllic hide-aways with water fountains and beautiful flower beds make the garden an ideal place to spend sunny summer afternoons. Next to the pool area, a large Pergola of 20 x 5 m invites you to spend some summer quality time in its refreshing shade.

The welcoming and elegant atmosphere of the house will instantly make it "your home away from home". Modern comfort combined with Arabic inspired furniture elements and cosy fabrics give this exceptional house an unique charm.

2 fully equipped kitchens, Satellite TV, DVD, central heating, air conditioning, internet connection available and a HiFi system are just a few of the amenities to ensure a perfect stay.

All bedrooms have their private en suite bathrooms and exit onto terraces. The well maintained exterior comes with a barbecue, a summer kitchen, lots of covered sitting areas and an outside shower near the pool.

*Please note:

- The owner lives in a separate apartment on the finca grounds. This apartment is apart from the main house and has a separate driveway, so it will in no means disturb your privacy while staying at the villa. He speaks German, some English and some Spanish.
