Casa Nightingale is a newly renovated villa located within the green and wooded valley, and with the song of the nightingales all around, the property offers the perfect holiday home for clients looking for a quiet and restful location. It is close to both the chic village of Deia, famous for its restaurants, and Sller, with its port, sandy beaches and varied water sports and activities.

Year round sunsets over the sea and extensive terraces for sunbathing, al-fresco dining or just relaxing and chilling out. The stylish villa with its refreshingly open layout is flooded with light and furnished to a very high specification. Accommodation is split over 3 floors with one bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and media room on the lower ground floor.

All of the bedrooms within Casa Nightingale come with AC, and en-suite bathrooms, one bathroom is shared. The bedrooms are lovely and each have their own style. The Master Suite has a Super King Sized bed and double doorways to the large balcony. Bedroom 2 has two double beds that can be made into one King. Bedroom 3 has a Large King which can be made into two twins and Bedroom 4 has a Super King that can be made into two twins with a door to pool terrace.

The Kitchen has all of the amenities you can desire including: Dishwasher, Toaster, Refrigerator, Hob, Oven, Coffee Maker, Pantry Items, Dishes & Utensils, Kitchen The house is also perfectly suited for families who enjoy have modern day touches, such as Television, Satellite / Cable, DVD Player, video library, stereo, music library, books and game room.
