The Casa Puerto is one of the top villas on the island offering a wonderful view of the island from each corner. Go outside and visit the natural setting, hike up the mountain and take a stroll into the past. Find some special rocks as you walk and explore the vast hilltops and create your own memories at Casa Puerto. Three bedroom villa is located in a privileged position with views overlooking the sea , Port de Soller. Situated on the jagged west coast of the island .

The villa itself is bright and airy and has been decorated in white and Beige neutral colours and is very relaxing . On the upper level, the living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, through which an ample terrace can be accessed. The terrace, dining furniture, offers excellent views over the Port and out to sea, and is a perfect place for al fresco dining. Next to the living room is modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also offers access to the terrace and bbq area . On the lower level are three bedrooms, all offering sea views and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there are two further bathrooms, each with their own walk-in shower.

Three floors: Ground floor: Entrance through a sliding door from the street . Outside back patio . Entrance hall that leads to a small guest toilet to the left and to a large luminous living room with two big comfortable sofas, matching easy chair, one puff, ample coffee table, DVD, CD player and an open fireplace (not to be used) .

Impressive view of the sea through large glass sliding doors, leading out to a big balcony overlooking sea and Casa Puerto with magnificent views . The indoor dining table is extendable to seat up to 6 people. From the living room you access a newly fitted kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, freezer, 4 ring ceramic electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Door opening up to the large balcony to outdoor barbecue facilities, iron wrought table with teak chairs that seat 8 people to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the breathtaking view of Casa Puerto.

Downstairs: Three double bedrooms, all with a sea view and access to the swimming pool area and to a small terrace equipped with an iron wrought table and chairs. Bedroom 1 has double beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath, large walk in shower with power shower, WC and large basin. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds . Both of these bedrooms have the bathroom outside of the room. Both bathrooms are spacious with very large walk in shower with power shower, WC and large washbasin.

1 room has extra bed if needed . Please ask for separate extra charge if more people sleep in house .

Grounds: Large swimming area with private pool (10m x 6m), 10 sun loungers, 2 large parasols to give shade all surrounded by large protective glass windows with impressive view of the sea and Casa Puerto.

The pool area offers plenty of space for sunbathing and has been screened in glass to shelter it from the wind without interrupting the views. Adjoining this area is a sheltered patio, which offers a table and chairs in the shade for hotter days. Front of house as you walk in offer a nother sitting al fresco area with large wood table .

Casa Puerto has a beach and harbour all a walk away from the house which allows you to either hire a car or just walk everywhere .
