It has been carefully decorated in an exquisite, personal style with open spaces, creating a perfect harmony with contrasting materials and textures. The bedrooms, bathrooms and guest toilets are spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room. The upper floor has three suites including bathrooms and, as with all rooms of the house, with direct access to the balcony or terrace. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub. The ground floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen with access to a garden kitchen, dining room with two square tables and access to a large terrace and pool.

The balconies and terraces offer stunning views of the village of Selva, the Tramuntana mountains and the valleys of the surrounding area, so it is perfect for those seeking the authentic atmosphere of Mallorca retreat, just a 30-minute drive to the beach.
