Pujamunt is a vast country estate which dates back to over half a millennia ago. The manor house is located on a 23,500 square metre estate, complete with large observation tower, is located on a small hill 250 meters above sea level. The property was completely renovated and now serves as a nice large house, which is ideal for two families with children. Even after reforming the house, the building has not lost its traditional Mallorcan style with antique furniture and decorative pieces.

There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is located on 2 floors. One of the 5 bedrooms is located on an open mezzanine (ideal for children), which is accessible via one of the two grand staircases of the house. The second staircase leads to another bedroom wing. Thus, there is the upper floor can accommodate 4 people while offering 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor 6 persons. The house is also equipped with a cot and a high chair.

In addition to the bedrooms there is a 40 m2 living room with fireplace, comfortable seating and a German satellite TV connection, an equally large and extremely rich equipped kitchen, entrance foyer and some intermediate and outer office. One of the 5 bedrooms is a connecting room, so that here ideally come under one set of parents with child(ren). The house has over 400 sqm of living space in any case plenty of space.

In addition, a 700 m2 large terrace which extends around the house. From here you can enjoy an unbelievable view of the hills of the coastal municipality of Arta. The terrace is preceded by a pool with dimensions 10x5 m. Since this can be shut off by a small fence, toddlers can be kept safe from the pool.

Also from the terrace leads an external stone staircase side of the house up on a large observation tower. This is covered and even offers a panoramic sea view up to Capdepera.
