The apartment is located a few minutes by metro from the center of the Old Town of Barcelona. This area is relatively new and they have done a superb job, from its architecture to finished construction of high quality in its surroundings, where you will find a wide selection of bars, cafe / restaurant and one of the largest parks in Barcelona as what is the Parc del Centre de Poblenou with attractions for children.

The area has a fresh and cozy atmosphere, with excellent metro, providing access to the Ciutat Vella. The center of Barcelona is within reach at all times. The building where the apartment is located, has been newly constructed and presentation is modern and luxurious. The common area, which includes a private garden for the exclusive use of the guests is a great feature and is kept.

The wonderful beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk, a nice option for a ride. Just 10 minutes walk from your front door, you will find a brand new, large shopping center called Diagonal Mar. This duplex apartment of 140 square meters is located in a new, modern building and has a small terrace where you can access from the living room and from one of the rooms.

On the top floor are the kitchen the living room, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. All floors are parquet and three sliding Jatoba hardwood, floor to ceiling separating the three environments. The living room is about 30 square meters with sufficient breadth and space for family celebrations.

From the balcony overlooking appreciate the city and the mountain with its large windows.
