Traditionally stone built Mallorcan House – idyllic location – with fantastic sea views, its own garden and private swimming pool. The house has the traditional Mallorcan high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors, is furnished to a very high standard and decorated with artwork from local artists. Only 5 minutes walk from Deia town and 20 minutes walk from beautiful Cala Deia beach.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, the house is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed. Pool and garden maintenance is included. Wireless broadband connection. Outside: The house has a private large swimming pool (13×4 mtr) with lovely sea and mountain views equipped with wooden sun loungers up to 8 people. Planted gardens, dining terrace to the front of the house, BBQ and dining area near the pool. Private parking on the property. Sunbathing terrace near the pool area. The perfect place to relax!

Utility Room: Washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The rates include weekly cleaning, towels, change of bed linen and welcome pack on arrival. Swimming pool towels are also provided. Additional maid service and baby-sitting may be arranged by prior request, paid for locally. Please advise when booking. Other: BBQ and large wooden dining table to accommodate up to 8 people near the pool area.

The House is in a residencial area 10 min walk to Deia center .
