The 450 qm extravagant Villa with see view is located in Es Cubells in the south part of the island and has an incredible view that reaches up to the island of Formentera. The ground has 10,000 qm planted with lemon and olive trees, pines and cactuses. Another extra is the 18-meter Pool. The beaches of Cala Jondal and Es Torrent are very close. The village of Es Cubells can get reached by foot, and the drive to famous Ibiza town takes 20 minutes. The left tower of the house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. The 7 meter high living room is on the right side, has an open fireplace, a gallery and an original-Berber tent with Moroccan tea salon.

The interior of “Can Teresita” is modern, but not cold and lives from opposites. The interior is the achievement of many voyages to Marroko and Asia. The doors in the whole are old and come from the mainland of Bali and Thailand. The dining table (a cut through log) come from Burma, bedspreads and cushions got manufactured in Marrakech. As an opposite to that: Chairs from Philippe Starck, a modern Lightkonzept from Ingo Maurer, and a floor made of grey cemento liso. Or on the terrace: beige natural stones and small Asian benches combined with up-to-date sun chairs from Gandia Blasco. In the bathroom you can find a composition from purism (MEM-Series from Dornbracht), marrokian (bright Tat lack Technique) and the ascendancy from Spain gets reflected in the washing basin. The Villa is equipped with an alarm system, Security Service, Internet, heater and air-conditioning. Not only in the main season you can find an oasis to relax, but –also with a crackling fire in the bed and living room-in the low season…

The Villa “Can Teresita” in the dark. The house got constructed by the French architect Nicolas Besset, who built a few other houses/restaurants in Ibiza like the In-Restaurants El Ayoun and Elefante Bar. In front of the house there is a monastery and a church, which again gives you a peaceful feeling.

The architecture is so special that the estate got pictured in a few publications (you can see at the bottom left hand corner). In this house you can find the absolute calmness, but in 20 minutes you reach the wild party life of Ibiza town. The Villa is ideal for 6 people, but there is room for another 2 or 3 kids .
