Located on the Chemin d’Avoutsons, Chalet Hiver combines spectacular views with easy access to the new Place Blanche and the main Medran lift station. Constructed from stone and fine locally sourced wood, the chalet is charmingly rustic and decorated with warm textiles, antiques and fine fabrics. A convivial disposition over 3.5 levels makes it difficult to imagine that Chalet Hiver is part of a larger complex.

The large living space comprises a cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas, open fireplace and a dining area with an open plan kitchen. Doors extend to a spacious south facing balcony and a staircase leads both down to the entertainment den and up to the bedroom levels.

Downstairs, the cosy entertainment den with terrace access has comfy sofas, a flat screen TV, a Bose sound system, UK Sky HD, a DVD library and an X-Box 360. On this level, there is also an office space and a guest WC and shower room.

Half a level up from the main living area you find a spacious ensuite single bedroom. Half a level above this you find the three remaining ensuite bedrooms.

All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton sheets and bathrooms are stocked with full size Jo Malone products.
