Villa Costa Vida and the Tower can be rented separately, allowing for flexible accommodations to suit different group sizes. The main villa offers versatile lodging options, starting from 16 guests and expanding to accommodate larger gatherings, while the Tower provides additional private suites for those seeking extra space and exclusivity. The main villa boasts ten thoughtfully designed bedrooms, seven of which feature ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms, located on the fourth level, include king-size beds with trundle beds, while the third room offers a queen-size bed. Level three houses five additional bedrooms, four with queen-size beds and one with a king, with select rooms sharing a connected balcony that overlooks the ocean. The mezzanine level hosts another two bedrooms, one of the with two queen size beds and another one with 2 bunks with double on the bottom and individual on the top and 1 bunk bed with 2 individuals. This diverse range of sleeping arrangements ensures that both small and large groups can enjoy their stay with ease.

The villa’s open-concept social areas create a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. A top-floor open-air patio serves as the ultimate venue for events, offering panoramic ocean and jungle views. The villa’s dedicated host, Rayna, will be available to offer recommendations for the best local dining spots and assist with any delivery arrangements to the villa, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The villa enjoys an infinity-edge pool which extends toward the horizon, surrounded by lounge chairs and shaded seating areas, this outdoor oasis is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or simply soaking in the tropical ambiance. The villa also includes a game room and bunk area, equipped with a projector TV, books, and games for younger guests, making it an ideal choice for families.

The adjacent tower features four additional suites, each capable of accommodating five to six guests and providing 7 bedrooms in total. Suite 4 is particularly notable, offering a full kitchen and sweeping panoramic views. The tower spans four levels, all connected by an elevator, and in total, it houses seven well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring privacy and exclusivity for all guests.
