The estates Main House has exquisite tropical architecture with oversized windows that provide stunning ocean views from the main areas and 3 of the bedrooms of the main house (great mountain view from the back bedroom). The villa has been tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and fine art. Enjoy the wonders of Costa Rica while staying at this luxurious home located right on the beach at the exclusive gated community of Hermosa Palms in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.

The Main House features 4 spacious bedrooms each with a king size bed, flat screen TVs and a private bathroom with unique designs in exotic natural stones. The master suite’s bathroom has a jetted tub. The Guest House in the back features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 1 King and 5 Queens bedrooms. The Main House has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large fridge, range with oven, and a dishwasher. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular ocean views with sitting area. Sound system throughout the house, projection theater in the living room, laundry room with clothes washer and dryer in the first and second floor.

The Guest house has it’s own pool with lounge chairs, billiard table, card table, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and a living area with a large screen TV. Playa Hermosa is best known for it’s unspoiled beaches, renowned surfing waves throughout the year, and close proximity to Jaco.
