This 24,000 square foot residential compound, perfectly suited for one family or groups traveling together, features four serene rooms; two Grand Suites and two Suites, each one enjoying spectacular views of the forest, stunning design, peaceful courtyards, and modern amenities.

The villas feature four individual and self-contained spaces that can be rented by a single couple, several couples or groups traveling together. The villas are arranged so guests are immersed in nature and delighted with fresh breezes, a beautiful garden and breath-taking views. Three villas are 1,000 square feet and a fourth is 700 square feet.

Nekupe is located in Nandaime, “the place of abundant streams.” It is just under two hours from the Augosto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua, 30 minutes form the charming, colonial city of Granada and only an hour from the Pacific Coast.
