Punta Piedras Retreat in Punta del Este, Uruguay 5-hectare private property nested in the peaceful rural setting of the exclusive Punta Piedras area, just 10 minutes away from the beach and half the way between La Barra and Jose Ignacio - Punta del Este's hot spots.

The house is divided in three separate buildings made of stone and concrete, located around a green lawn garden with a heated pool, wooden decks, covered galleries, barbecue, and a Jacuzzi, which becomes the natural hang out during the summertime.

The living room, the dining room, the family room, the kitchen, the laundry room and three bedrooms - including the Master Suite, which is not available for rent - are located at ground level in the main building. Service quarters are located above the kitchen and have independent entrance.

An outdoor staircase provides private access to a second Master Suite for guests, which is located on the first floor. The other five bedrooms are distributed in the other two separate buildings, all of them with independent entrance and facing the pool area and the main building.

Home décor is definitely one of the villa's highlights. Its country-chic style has attracted the lens of some of the most reputed interior décor magazines, including ELLE.

The combination of green landscapes, comfort, privacy, and its proximity to the beach and Punta del Este's hot spots make this villa a pretty unique vacation retreat, difficult to find anywhere else.
