Rancho Jose Ignacio is a luxury vacation rental in Punta del Este, Uruguay. 5-hectare estate immersed in the beautiful and peaceful coastal countryside, just five minutes away from the village of Jose Ignacio, its endless beaches and celebrated restaurants. The house, surrounded by lawned parks with small woods, overlooks the swimming pool area, a large artificial lake, and a never-ending countryside. Its large semi-covered galleries, with comfy living areas and al fresco dining spaces, are on top of the panorama and are blessed by unforgettable sunsets.

The house features a large living room, with cocktail bar and wood-burning fireplace; dining room; a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table; media room, library/office;and 4 spacious suites, including a huge Master Suite with private terrace, connected to an ample baby room. Walking distance from the house, there are 3 additional independent suites, next to one another - one of them with living room and kitchenette, and a grass tennis court.

The property can comfortably accommodate 14 people in its 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and up to 18 people by setting up the baby room with twin beds and adding 2 single beds in one of the independent suites located outside the house (duplex). An independent house for the caretakers, service quarters and a laundry room are located behind the house and the outdoor entertaining area.
