On the lower floor, this duplex penthouse features an 80m2 luxury living room, with two different sitting areas, a Home Cinema and an adjacent dining room. The Home Cinema area has a glass ceiling from where you can see the pool. On this floor, you'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large suites with individual bathrooms, big cupboards and beautiful indirect lighting.

On the upper floor of the penthouse you'll find a huge terrace with its private pool. From here you'll have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Adjacent to the terrace, there is an opened living room and a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue.

The master bedroom with its direct view over the mountain scenery called Dois Irmaos is also located on the upper floor. Next to it, you'll find the office, the master bathroom with a two-person bathtub and a large walk-in closet.
