You are greeted by floor to ceiling windows the entire length of the living area, which feels like it stretches from Leme to Arpoador rock, as all of Copacabana beach is seen from the living room. Anywhere you are in the living room, you are bordered by the blue waters of the Atlantic. The living area is designed in a very open fashion - with numerous comfortable oversized couches and chairs, white washed columns and even a sitting pad with cushions right beside the large window that drops into the Atlantic, a perfect spot to just relax and enjoy the view.

The kitchen is completely modern, again in an open concept. If you feel like entertaining, having a dinner party, or hiring a chef while you are here in Rio, then this is the ultimate kitchen that any chef would want. In this very spacious property (580m2 or 6250sf) there are 3 main bedrooms. The master bedroom is an apartment in itself, as you have a separate television/entertainment area, which actually has sliding wooden doors that can close to make this an extra bedroom. This master bedroom has a beautifully done en-suite bathroom, with oversized shower. There can even be a 5th bedroom made in the living room, as in this area there is a separate open alcove which also has sliding doors which can be closed for privacy.
