The Villa is located inside the most elegant and private residential condominium at Ilha Bela -Residential Ponta da Figueira -home of 12 luxury homes.

The private area of the villa is 43,065 square feet, it has a main house with 4 suites, a guest house with 2 suites, a large office area (with Wi-Fi internet and a large colonial style working table bought at an action, perfect for working, studying and meetings), and another house with 2 rooms where the house keeper lives and eventually the nanny or drives sleeps.

At the main house the lounge and rooms have high ceilings and the decoration is inspired on the 19 Century Brazilian Coffee Cycle, with authentic materials and objects from this period.

There are 2 entertainment TV areas; one of them is a cinema area with a 70 inches screen where the entire family can enjoy high quality movies.

The main house also has an incredible sofa lounge, main dining table that seats 10, complete kitchen without walls that gives the guests an opportunity to follow the great cooking, sound. Systems, a large covered outside deck with another dining table that seats 8 (perfect for having breakfast watching the ocean) and a lounge area with sofas and design chairs.

The property is right in front of the ocean, where you can swim, snorkel and kayak. The nearest beach is Praia do Curral, 1,5 miles away (3 minutes’ drive), considered one of the most beautiful l beaches at the island. The center of Ilha Bela with its colonial architecture is located 14 miles by car (20 minutes’ drive).

Location 23° 53' 15" S e 045° 26' 47" W; we can provide addition information and air taxi values if needed. We usually use the helicopter from Sao Paulo to Ilhabela on holydays, the ride takes about 25 minutes and cost around $ 3.000 round trip.
