Designed to take advantage of sweeping ocean views, guests of Enclave #23 enjoy some incredible scenery stretching from the home's private swimming pool and Jacuzzi to the grass and landscaping and the blue waters beyond. The outdoor space also brings in a shaded outdoor wet bar, a built-in gas grill and some outdoor dining space. As well, you'll find a shaded portion of the deck with social space surrounding an outdoor fireplace, some poolside lounge chairs for the sun or the shade, and even a nearby sunken firepit with seating, oriented to take in water views.

It's easy to take advantage of indoor/outdoor space, as large glass doors make the outdoor terrace seem more like an extension of the open living and dining room. High ceilings, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV accent this part of the home, continuing to two indoor dining tables with space for 16 guests, and a pocket door leading to a gourmet kitchen with even more seating. Each of the five bedrooms comes with its own ensuite and access to the outdoors. The villa's two master suites both include an outdoor shower and views extending out to the water and beyond All other bedrooms include two queen beds, while one of them adds two more lofted twin beds.
