Overlooking the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and within prime proximity to the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course Villa Aire houses five extra-large bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Two of the bedrooms are designed with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and in room TVs. Numerous terraces accompany three oversized bedrooms, a spacious master suite and an au pair's quarters, to make these homes exceptionally livable.

Characterized by open and flowing floor plans, an average of 8,000 square feet of living space is housing a spacious living area, comfortably arranged indoor dininig room and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living areas are perfect for socializing, dining, or simply unwinding in style. Guests are also provided the option to dine alfresco, give the local cuisine a try and enjoy the tropical surrounding. Relaxation and entertainment is guaranteed at the media room, here guests can enjoy favorite movies or shows in the lazy afternoons or evenings.
